Can Europe do something for Africa?

During the night of the 4th of december, Saint Nicola arrives in the houses of all the children to bring gifts and sweets. If you are not good, his servant, a black guy, will bring you to Africa. The tradition of Saint Nicola rapresents somehow the strange relationship between Belgium and Colonialism and the Museum of Africa has been a good experience to try to understand better this particolar situation. The real question right now, during the European Development Days, is: can Europe really do something for Africa or not? Let’s see what the visitors of the Museum in a cold sunday afternoon think.
